Mixed feelings on Ashwagandha

I bought the Ashwagandha Root Extract and some Collagen Peptides Powder. The Ashwagandha seems to be helping with my stress levels, which is great. The Collagen powder, though, didn't dissolve as easily as I hoped in cold drinks; it took some serious stirring. Shipping was okay, got to me in about a week. I paid for standard shipping, so no complaints there. Prices felt a little high compared to some other brands I've seen, but the quality seems good enough. I'd probably reorder the Ashwagandha but might look elsewhere for collagen.

Good NAD+, fast shipping

I grabbed some Liposomal NAD+ Capsules from VitalHeal a couple weeks ago. The site was easy enough to navigate. Got my order in just 4 days, which was pretty quick considering I'm on the east coast. Been taking them daily and actually feel a bit more energetic. No weird side effects, so that's a plus. Overall, a solid buy.

Cordyceps is more for energy, Reishi for chill. Lion's Mane for brain stuff.

Is VitalHeal's Moringa organic? Trying to buy organic where I can.

A AnjaliGupta 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer
I think their product page usually says if it's organic. If it doesn't say, probably not certified.

K KritiD 1 month ago
Most brands specify it right in the title if it is.

VitalHeal's Liposomal NAD+ vs. Resveratrol. Which is better for anti-aging?

M MeenaJain 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer
NAD+ is generally seen as the more direct anti-aging one, but Resveratrol has its own benefits.

Need a good immune support for winter. Elderberry or Quercetin with Zinc from VitalHeal?

M ManishJain 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer
Elderberry is great for daily immune support. Quercetin with Zinc is also good especially if you feel something coming on.

A AnkitS 1 month ago
Elderberry tastes better too, especially the gummies if they have them.

Are VitalHeal capsules vegan-friendly? Specifically asking about the D3 K2.

A AnilSharma 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer
You'd have to check each product description. Some are, some use gelatin. D3 K2 might be animal derived usually.
9
D DeepikaR 1 month ago
Yeah, D3 is often from lanolin. Best to double-check.
6
K KartikM 1 month ago
I always look for 'vegan capsules' in the description.
0
S SaraKhan 1 month ago
Most companies use animal D3. If it's important, look for plant-based D3 specifically.
